Conflict Resolution/Reconcilation

 

This service is provided on-site and is specifically designed to resolve complex situations in which personalities, their values or various conflicting ideologies clash or disrupt professional behaviors to accomplish collaborative results. To put it more directly, egos get in the way and communication stops and the consequences are self-evident: people get hurt, progress stops, cliques develop and core values are no longer the basis of the organization or community.

 

To initiate the process of conflict resolution/reconciliation -- both willingness and competency need to be established prior to initiating the required processes. A process of planned dialogue is applied in order to determine the capacity for expected change and resolution. Key to a successful outcome is the establishiment of trust with all parties involved while using an interest-based approach.

 

It needs to be clear from the outset that professional expectations, behavioral norms, and core values will form the foundation at the outset upon which then the conflicting parties can air their grievances and apply the hightest quality energies to resolve matters.
